Printables (digital downloads)

How do I get my files after I order?

As soon as your order goes through you'll see a download button on the order confirmation page, and we email you a download link right away. That link stays live, so you can come back to it any time. Nothing is shipped for printables.

Which file do I print?

Files and recommended sizes vary by product. Wall-art downloads may offer several print ratios; match the supplied file to your frame. Coloring pages, cards and tags have their own sheet layouts. Check the What You Get section before ordering and follow the supplied printing instructions.

How do I open a ZIP file?

On Windows, right-click and choose "Extract All." On a Mac, double-click it. On a phone, save the ZIP to your Files app and tap it once to unzip.

Where should I print?

At home on matte cardstock (65 lb or heavier) with your printer set to "Best" or "Photo" quality, or upload the files to Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens, Shutterfly or a local print shop. Printing prices vary by provider and paper.

Can I return a digital download?

Digital downloads are final sale once the order is placed; we can't offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. If anything is wrong with your files, message us and we'll make it right.

Can I use the files commercially?

Printables are for personal use — your own home, a gift, or the one classroom or church group you personally teach. Please don't resell, share or redistribute the files.

Canvases

How long does shipping take?

Every canvas is made to order by our production partner and shipped directly to you. Orders typically ship in 3–5 business days (weekends and holidays don't count). You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships. U.S. shipping: Free standard shipping on orders $100+ after discounts, before tax. Below $100: Standard $8 / Express $15. Digital downloads have no shipping charge. Express shipping does not shorten production time. Transit time is additional.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Some items can ship internationally; available destinations and rates show at checkout. Delivery times vary by country and customs, and any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

What if I ordered more than one canvas?

If you order more than one canvas, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Can I change my shipping address?

Because production starts quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has shipped we can't redirect it. Email ajprintcodesigns@gmail.com.

Can I return or exchange a canvas?

Canvases are made to order, so we can't accept returns for the wrong size, wrong color, or a change of heart. If you're unsure before you order, email ajprintcodesigns@gmail.com and we'll help. If you spot a mistake in your order details right after checkout, email us immediately.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email photos to ajprintcodesigns@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement. See our Returns & Refunds page for the details.

Do the canvases come ready to hang?

Stretched canvases include hanging hardware installed on the wood stretcher frame. Framed canvases do not include hanging hardware. Check the product format and dimensions before ordering.

About the designs

Who makes the art?

We do — two parents in Denton, Texas. Every design is original to AJ Prints Co., and we use AI-assisted illustration tools as part of our process. Verse wording is drawn from public domain and widely used English translations.
