Welcome to AJPrintCo ("AJ Prints Co.," "we," "us"). By visiting this store or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

AJ Prints Co. is a family-run business based in Denton, Texas, selling original Christian canvas wall art, framed canvases and printable digital downloads. Physical products are printed and fulfilled to order by our production partner.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing or listing errors, and will refund you in full if we do. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Digital downloads — personal-use license

When you purchase a printable, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the files for personal use: your own home, gifts you give, or the one classroom or church group you personally teach. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, or use the files or designs commercially, including on print-on-demand sites. All artwork remains the property of AJ Prints Co. Because files are delivered instantly, digital sales are final (see our Returns & Refunds page).

4. Physical products

Items are made to order. Canvas textures can vary slightly from the photos, and screen colors differ from printed colors. Please review product dimensions before ordering. Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages describe delivery times and how we handle damaged or incorrect items.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photography and text in this store are original to AJ Prints Co. and protected by copyright. Scripture wording is drawn from public domain and widely used English translations. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without written permission.

6. Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep product descriptions accurate, but we don't warrant that all content is error-free. If we discover an error affecting your order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Prints Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
