Shipping & Delivery

Canvas prints

Every canvas is made to order by our production partner and shipped directly to you.

U.S. shipping: Free standard shipping on orders $100+ after discounts, before tax. Below $100: Standard $8 / Express $15. Digital downloads have no shipping charge.
Production: orders typically ship in 3–5 business days (weekends and holidays don't count). Transit time is additional. Express shipping does not shorten production time. Printed in the USA and UK.
International: available destinations and rates are shown at checkout; delivery times vary by country and customs, and any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

If you order more than one canvas, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Digital downloads

Nothing is shipped. Your files are available the moment your order goes through — a download button appears on the order confirmation page and a download link is emailed to you right away. The link stays live so you can come back to it any time. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or message us and we'll send the files directly.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes

Because production starts quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has shipped we can't redirect it.

Damaged or misprinted

Email photos to ajprintcodesigns@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement. Canvases are made to order, so we can't accept returns for a change of heart. See our Returns & Refunds page.
